SÉBASTIEN MATHIEU

A Laval University graduate with an engineering background, Mr. Mathieu has been working in the construction industry since 1995. With more than 15,000 units and several commercial galleries completed, as well as more than 80 employees, his leadership and ability to successfully execute his projects make him one of the most respected promoters in the industry. His great curiosity and sense of innovation are valuable assets for all partners and collaborators.

SYLVAIN FARAND

A HEC graduate and accountant by training, Mr. Farand has been working in the residential construction field since 1985. With more than 5,000 units built and having received the highest distinctions from the APCHQ, his vast experience and peripheral vision of the residential real estate field make him one of the most solid promoters in the industry. His passion and ability to take on challenges are greatly acknowledged by all partners and collaborators.
